Dreamlike Dive

Unfamiliar Faces Pass By...

In chaotic darkness, veins beating to the rhythm of music and bodies rocked by the flow of alcohol, unfamiliar faces pass by until one of them hits the memory, as the one looked for. Bare feet tread on the unseen floor, hands join in an embrace of fingers. Skin touches skin, and the warmth of each other’s breath can be felt with more than one sense.

Sitting on a bench, giving up all burdening thoughts that swirl with no order in the mind, we surrender to our deepest instincts and, as the first note of a symphony after a crescendo, our lips finally meet. Our tongues engage in a wild dance where everything else disappears, and they stand alone, joined together in a world of their own.

I lose myself in the weightless chemistry of your kiss, as overwhelmed by the tide of an ocean unknown. In that strange sea I drown, looking for the treasure of my own and others’ self.
